Being the first time home buyers, let alone in this very competitive market, Michelle was a big help in helping us buy. When we were looking, she did very well at explaining about the different things we should look for in a house, while still catering to what we wanted to hopefully find. After we got an offer accepted, her checklists and timelines were a huge help in not feeling overwhelmed in the closing process.
