If I could rate Michele 10 stars I certainly would. I ended up as a client of Michele's through circumstance that I wanted to put an offer on a property but was so early on in the home buying process that I didn't yet have a realtor. Michele was referred to me by my banker and I couldn't be happier with that decision. I first viewed the house I purchased on a Sunday afternoon and did not initially speak with Michele until Monday evening and 72 hours later we had a deal closed. This was the only house that I put an offer on and Michele was able to close the deal for us. It was such an amazing experience and she really has mastered the art of real estate negotiations. She was professional and very available throughout the whole buying process. From constant updates with the negotiations to checking in several weeks after the sale to make sure that everything was going well. If you have the opportunity to work with Michele definitely jump at it!

Wow! I had the smoothest, easiest, and most pleasant selling experience of my life working with Michele. I knew right away that working with Michele would be a very different experience than I've had in the past when she created a listing calendar and hired people for me to take care a few things around my condo (that needed to be dealt with prior to selling). She found and booked a handyman, a cleaner, and a stager for me, and was even willing to be there to let them in. My gosh. I've never had a realtor offer to do that before! Plus she is highly communicative, ethical, and really cares about doing business is an honest, fair, up-front way. My place sold 12 days after it went on the market ,with 6 offers, and went for well over asking. I owe that all to her, her connections, and her expertise. I wouldn't recommend working with anyone else in the East Bay whether you are selling or buying.

When we decided to sell our house we were faced with some challenges, specifically in regards to time restraints, and getting the house show ready in that limited window of time. We chose Michele as she seemed the most capable, realistic, and motivated one to get the job done. She lined up all the contractors we needed to get the work done, did so in the timeline we established, and came in close to the budget she estimated for repairs, and the like. The house looked so great when everything was finished we were a little sad we no longer got to live in it. At the end of everything, we sold our house for a great price, more than we thought we'd be able to. It was definitely a very positive note to leave our house on. We thought it was going to be our forever house, but having to leave it we were glad we went with Michele. She really made the whole process great from start to finish. Having dealt with many bay area Realtors in the past, this is by far the best experience I've had, and would highly recommend her.

She patiently walked me through the process and helped me clarify what my priorities were, guiding me towards different options but never pushing anything on me. And I did! Her immense knowledge about the East Bay was absolutely invaluable- she not only knows the history of the city and how it has developed, but can point you to local gems in every neighborhood, whether you’re looking for a low-key brunch spot, progressive art gallery or a hip new brewery. I left every showing I went to with Michele feeling both more informed and more confident about what I was looking for. Her persistence when dealing with every actor in the process- mortgage lenders, listing agents, the title company- made the process totally stress-free on my end. When I finally put in an offer on my new house she handled all the back-and-forth with lightning speed, consummate grace and a great sense of humor. She clearly has a great reputation in the area that is well deserved. I can’t recommend her enough!
