I just moved into my dream home this week, and it definitely wouldn't have been possible without Michele's in-depth knowledge and genuine support throughout the entire process. Not only was she supportive, she was a phenomenal advocate for me in ensuring that my lived name and pronouns were respected, and she even got the title company to update their vesting documents to be gender inclusive. In terms of the actual homebuying process, Michele was deeply knowledgeable about this wild market, each of the neighborhoods I was considering, and every step of the process. She made sure that all my many questions were answered, explained everything clearly, and empowered me to make the decisions that were best for me without feeling pressured. We found my dream house after only three weeks of searching - Michele then tapped into her extensive network to get a contractor to do a walkthrough with us the next day so I could get all my questions answered, and she did her research by strategically engaging the seller's agents which allowed us to put together a winning preemptive offer with an incredible closing timeline of only 16 days - the first and only offer I had to put in! Dominic Villa at Summit Funding, the lender partner she recommended, was also wonderful to work with. Throughout the process, they were both responsive and caring, and even after closing the sale, have continued to answer questions and connect me to people in their networks to get things taken care of.
