Michele previously helped us (very successfully) sell our house (see my other review), and then just recently helped us buy a house! She was able to find a sweet deal in a great neighborhood in Alameda - miraculously below market and within our budget. She is on it and never waste's anytime and will advocate for you all the way through (even helped negotiate a better interest rate for us!).
Michele represented the seller when we bought our house years ago, and working with her was a such a good experience that we asked her to represent us when we sold it. It was the right choice! Michele knows the area and the market, and her team are top notch! Everything we needed to do was done quickly, completely, and to a top standard of quality. Nearly 2 months later, Michele continues to help us now as first-time homeowners. Michele's exemplary expertise, professionalism, and kindness make her irreplaceable, and I would recommend no one else to someone looking to buy or sell their home.

Absolute dream team. The Michele Senitzer group represented us for both the sale of my condo and the purchase of our new one. From hunting down contractors to fix work that they were stalling on to finding a way for us to get into a dream condo community that we thought we were priced out of, the team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I'd worked with competent and helpful realtors before, and had no previous complaints. But working with Michele revealed what you get when you're working with not only someone supremely knowledgeable about the shape and rends in the Bay Area real estate market, but someone who invests the time to help you find *your* home, not just *a* home. That's the overview. Specifics? We were tough clients, maybe even a realtor's nightmare -- we wanted to buy, but weren't in a hurry. We were picky; we wanted something with character, maybe even a bit of history. And especially relative to the Bay Area, we weren't rolling in dough and able to buy just anything -- we were looking at the bottom end of the single-family home market. Michele worked with all of that, didn't merely humor us, she took it as a challenge. We looked at a few homes. We retreated from shopping for a year to save money. We returned to active pursuit... and then she found it, before it was even on the market, literally sending us the message "I think I found your house" -- because she had. Inside of a month, we'd struck a remarkable deal and bought our dream home. We hope it's our forever home, but if we ever have to enter the real estate market again, we'd go directly to Michele.
Michelle was amazing; we couldn't have asked for better! She knows the market like no one else and she saved us 50k through her shrewd negotiations on a house with a lot of interest. She has also connected us to great service providers. When I was thinking about buying a year before I started the search in earnest and wasn't really serious yet she invested time with me to make sure I had the info I needed to make an informed decision. It has taken me waaaaay to long to write this review, but it just shows you how great Michele that is that I wanted to come back and make sure she got her 5 stars. We were buying in one of the trickiest times to buy (March/April 2022) and we were unfamiliar with the ins and outs of buying in the bay area. Michele was amazing at breaking things down for us to a super basic level so that we understood everything we needed to. We even ended up changing location to somewhere that was a bit outside of her area, but she did her research so that she could give us great advice. She stuck through and helped us keep our hopes up over the course of many many outbidding scenarios. But finally she helped us find a house that was an amazing deal and we still love it! She really listened to us about our needs, and our budget, and never pressured us into something that was beyond our needs and desires. But she was also realistic about what we could afford and let us know when we might be outbid, which was always kindly given and much appreciated. Also super queer and trans friendly. Couldn't recommend enough!!
OMG what can I say about Michele??? So easy to work with!!! Friendly, personable, and extremely experienced.....as a first time home buyer she helped me through the Entire process in so many ways. Always available to answer any question, work through any issue, or discuss any topic. She was simply a god send. She always listened to my needs and always came through with more than I expected. Throughout the process of finding and buying my home Michele and I also had a lot of fun and laughs along the way. Because of this I truly consider her a friend and someone I plan to stay in touch with forever.
