There is so much good to say about Michele, we don’t know where to start. We have now had her represent us on a purchase of a home in the Ranch as well as the sale of our home in the WR. Michele is very professional and responsive. Our sale was quite unusual to say the least. She sold our home three times, brought in all three buyers, helped us handle the deals that unfortunately fell out of escrow, and insured that we retained the escrow deposit when one buyer decided not to purchase.

We were already two weeks into our loan process when I decided to look at Wells Fargo as a fall back plan. We already have a home mortgage with WF for a rental property and thought WF might help us after our new purchase with a re-fi after the purchase. I reached out to Michele who was assigned to us on the website for our rental mortgage. She immediately responded to me and told us that, instead of waiting to re-fi, she might be able to help us now. I provided her the necessary financial data for a preliminary quote. What she came back with was less money (by a lot!) AND at a much lower interest rate. My concern was that the timeline would not allow us to change lenders so deep into the process. Michele assured me that she thought WF could meet the same closing date, assuming we could provide the proper and timely documentation to be submitted to underwriting. Long story short, it was a time consuming and stressful couple weeks, but we were able to close and save some money. All within two days of the original closing date!
