What I appreciate about Michelle is that she LISTENS!!! And has a genuine interest in her buyer...she asks questions that gives her insight into what the buyer wants besides square footage and the number of bedrooms. I also appreciated that she got back to you quickly. I never had to call a second time. She also takes the time to answer your questions throughly. It took me several months longer than anticipated to be able to buy a home. The home in CaIifornia I was trying to sell hit some delays. I was going to use the funds from that sale to purchase a home at Wickenburg Ranch. Michelle never gave up on me. She called regularly to check on my progress with the sale or just to inquire how I was holding up. She also took the time to call me to keep me updated on houses that were available and I might be interested in. Just before escrow closed on the California house we went house hunting. The second house we looked at was exactly what I wanted...it has everything I had asked for. Because Michelle is pro active, when escrow closed on the California house, everything was lined up for the Wickenburg house and I was able to close on the California house and the Wickenburg house on the same day! Michelle truly loves her work and is committed to giving her customer the best service possible.
