Extremely satisfied! Michael went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We were moving to Delaware from Arkansas and knew very little about the area. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy or build a home, we did not know about the builders or the many communities. Michael took us to see several homes for sale, and then numerous communities around Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. We found a community we knew was best for us, and then he helped us decide on the type/model home to build. He even took us homes of folks he knew with similar models, so we could see different design options first-hand, rather than just at model homes. He helped us find a rental home, ideas how to spend our free time, and has been there for us whenever we need advice.
