I was recommended Michael from a friend and worked with him for ~a year before finally purchasing a house. He was easy to reach and get a hold of 7 days a week, answered any of my questions that came up, and helped guide me through the process. I would 100000% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!

Michael is the best! He’s your “everyday” man who isn’t going to tell you a bunch of crap. He sends you comps. Openly discusses suggested opening price and strategies behind that decision. Consistent walk throughs with healthy suggestions on what to do and what not to worry about. Books everything you need, ie Inspector, photographer, Open House and even Under Contract needs like electrician and similar for exceptions under contract! He’s great with people and that includes potential buyers! My house was under contract opening weekend and after one open house…. At significantly above asking. You’re getting a real man in a real profession and a real game plan and strategy. I would use again. I would and do recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Michael Steffen got me into a condo in the most desirable part of Denver in the peak of competitiveness in the housing market. It was obvious that Michael wanted to see me get into the best house possible. He was honest in his analysis of certain areas and provided unique insight when evaluating the prospects of various neighborhoods. Additionally, Michael was able to make suggestions on certain properties with regards to their cash flow potential as future second-homes. As a real estate investor himself, he's able to evaluate a home not only as a residence but as a potential investment property. The cherry on top was that Michael spotted an inconsistency by the seller in my reported HOA dues, and was able to negotiate thousands of dollars off the purchase price of my home. He also got me a Ring Doorbell as a closing gift, which is a plus. I would recommend - I've dealed with plenty of realtors in the past and Michael was by far the most professional and effective.
