Michael was great! He was able to take on an extremely difficult transaction timeline. Under extreme pressure from both sides he was able to close ON TIME! Buyer had to come up $75k. House had to go on the market in 7 days. Had to have a viable offer immediately. I'm so thankful & appreciative to have found Michael.
