In August 2022 Michael O'Brien sold my home in Concord. It was NOT a normal, straight-forward, simple transaction. A property line issue going back to 1966 delayed the sale by several months. With Michael's knowledge, his experience and rapport with authorities, the legal process took less time than it would normally.
