We engaged Michael during a difficult time for our family. We were in an unexpected position and needed to find a new home that could be multi-generational in a short time frame. Our listing time last fall was during a challenging time of year. Through his advice and guidance we withdrew the listing before the Holidays, with the plan to re-list it in February. We closed an above asking price offer in two weeks, no mean feat given the current housing market. His communication whether by text, email or phone were above average. His personality, positive attitude and stamina were well appreciated. I will be using Michael's services again in the near future with the sale of another property.
