Michael was nothing short of amazing as our realtor AND agent, acting more like family caring for a shared asset than a 'realtor'. He recently helped us sell the only home our family had known for 25 years. We had moved out of state three years prior and were renting the home to tenants. Michael represented both tenant-buyer and (Pughs) seller, a challenging task given the ethical responsibility of representing both parties fairly, maintaining each side's best interests at heart. Projects included deck painting, a major garage drywall repair, window seal repair, touch-up painting, and roof eave repair, and he personally installed updated smoke alarms, sharing real-time progress updates and photos with both parties as needed. His communication was consistent and honest throughout. Both parties stayed aware of the other's objectives, moving reasonable repair requests forward, filtering out the unreasonable for our sake.
