This was the second time that I used the services of Michael Lehman to sell one of my properties. This one proved to be a little more difficult than the first. Michael continued to find marketing approaches that were outside of the box. He continually communicated all potential leads. We both knew that it would take a "special buyer" to purchase my acreage. He found that buyer and sold it for full asking. I feel fortunate to have worked with him. I couldn't be any happier.
