Most people think they have a good realtor because the process is smooth and easy, but you KNOW you have a good realtor when things aren't going as planned and you still come out smelling like roses. Micheal was very professional and represented us well. From getting our house under contract in 2 days, to dealing with a difficult buyer and their unprofessional realtor, and even getting us back under contract within hours when the first buyers no-showed closing.
