Most people think they have a good realtor because the process is smooth and easy, but you KNOW you have a good realtor when things aren't going as planned and you still come out smelling like roses. Micheal was very professional and represented us well. From getting our house under contract in 2 days, to dealing with a difficult buyer and their unprofessional realtor, and even getting us back under contract within hours when the first buyers no-showed closing. Michael was very attentive and responsive always getting back to us very quickly and keeping us informed about what was going on and the next steps in the process. The customer service we received from him was TOP NOTCH- even fighting for us on his vacation! Not to mention his experience helped him spot some red flags and catch things before they were an issue! I highly recommend Reid Realtors. I just recently moved to the Memphis area from out of state and found Reid Realtors through a online google search. I was pleasantly surprised how professional, responsive, patient, knowledgeable, etc. Michael was during the whole process of buying a home. Purchasing a home can be a daunting task, but Michael made the whole process very smooth. Every time I needed to get a hold of Michael for questions, showings, etc. he would always respond promptly and was very accommodating with my schedule.
