Michael was truly incredible to work with! We were in a unique situation living in Germany and looking to buy in a home in Memphis. Michael went above and beyond by answering our questions at all hours of the day & night (7 hour time difference), FaceTiming with us to tour homes, and going to the Germantown water office and making our down payment for us to ensure our utilities got set up while we were still living abroad. Michael was also great at thinking outside the box to help us with the entire closing process. Instead of the normal procedure of going to a United States embassy to sign our closing documents, we assigned power of attorney to my husband’s father. This streamlined the process while allowing for a “normal” schedule with a traveling husband and life with a toddler while living abroad.
