We met Michael and Rachael Jacques at an open house they were hosting in Germantown. We felt an immediate connection with them. So much so that when we left the open house we knew that when the time came for us to buy a house, we wanted Michael to be our realtor. Little did we know, but that time was coming sooner than we could have imagined. We listed our home on a Friday and it sold two days later. We closed on our new home a month before we closed on our old one and it was perfect.
