Mike has now helped us purchase 2 homes. 1 home we had a day to find a home and then he helped us purchase it while we still lived in OH. The second home was our “forever” home in Boulder City. Purchasing a house is an exhausting process, especially with a toddler, baby-on-the-way and both parents working full-time careers, however, Mike ensured it consumed a small amount of our time, but still got us to close on-time. As for selling our home, he helped us bring it to market, have a fantastic offer, quickly, so again we were not too inconvenienced by showing our home during a hectic period in our lives. I pray that our lives will be stable for a while and we will not be needing a realtor any time soon - but if we do, we will choose Mike.
This was my first time buying a house and I can definitely say it was one of the smoothest processes I have ever been through! I have always heard horror stories about buying a home but this was nothing of the sort. Michael was very helpful from the beginning and even after the process is all done I know I am still welcome to call with any questions! I highly recommend Michael and Icon Realty!

Michal is dependable and knowledgeable of the process, one of his virtues that was much appreciated is that when you called him, you did not have to worry when you were going to get a call back, most of the time he answered right then.
Mike is very responsive. He responds early morning, late at night, week days and weekends. He is also resourceful. When we asked a question, he either new the answer or did the research and supplied us with an answer or recommendation sometimes in less than five minutes. Michael is the best agent I've had the pleasure of working with. He is very knowledgable of the local area and worked incredibly hard to find me a house that was right for me. Michael was AMAZING. I flew from the east coast at 7 months pregnant to find a house for us during a military move. I submitted a request through Dave Ramsey for a realtor and was contacted first by another agent. I scheduled a trip to Vegas to look at houses with them. They didn't help very much and with limited time in the area, I called Michael back. He immediately sprung into action and set up several homes for me to see the next day, and every day I was in town. Unfortunately the Las Vegas market is very fast and we weren't able to find a home for our growing family while I was in town, even though I put in some offers. Michael assured me he would do everything he could to get us into a home before we moved out here. He facetimed me from several homes in the area I was looking for after I went back home and helped us find the house we bought! He helped find a good inspector and fought for our best interests the entire step of the way. Worrying about getting our stuff, our dogs, and driving our family to NV was stressful, but buying a house with Michael at ICON Realty was the easiest thing I've ever done.
