Michael was amazing at asking a lot of the right questions to the to help us find the right area, neighborhood and house. Michael has now helped us purchase and sell two homes. The first purchase we had only one day to find a home and then he helped us purchase it while we still lived in Ohio. The second home was our “forever” home in Boulder City. Purchasing a house is an exhausting process, especially with two toddlers and both parents working full-time careers, however Michael ensured it consumed a small amount of our time and still got us to close on-time. As for selling our homes, he helped market both properties, got a fantastic offer quickly so that we were not too inconvenienced by showing our home during a hectic period in our lives.
