When I was starting my search for a home in Las Vegas I ran across Michael. Thinking I had found a nice realtor, I flew out and met him and looked at a few properties. In actuality, what I found when I got to Las Vegas was a new friend that also happened to be a realtor. Michael is simply fabulous to work with. From the beginning he listened and provided resources to understand what we were looking for. As a result we easily found the neighborhood and home that was perfect for us. He made sure we saw enough properties but not too many. We chose to purchase new construction and had an issue with our builder that was unfortunately not resovable. Michael was able to quickly get us in contact with the builder of our second choice (the two properties were a very close choice wise) and we were under contract that night! We are moving from out of state and Michael made the close process smooth, even covering our walkthrough with us on video, reducing the stress and eliminating the need for an additional trip to Las Vegas. His team kept us updated at all times and proactively let us know what to expect every step of the process. Communication, understanding, and patience are all attributes displayed by Michael, along with some laughs and great tours of the Las Vegas area.
