I have used Michael as my real estate agent for 3 separate real estate transactions. He helped me with a SFR purchase in Henderson in 2016 and once again for a condo purchase in 2017. Each of the purchases were fairly seamless and streamlined. Most recently, Michael worked with me to sell a SFR in Las Vegas. We were in contract to sell to an FHA buyer and I was concerned about the rehab costs I would have to bear. After the contingencies listed on the FHA appraisal, I even considered cancelling my contract and selling to a cash buyer. Michael convinced me to stick with this buyer and I am glad he did!! Because of his advice, I netted $50,000 more with my buyer than I would have otherwise. Any agent can show or list houses on MLS but a truly dedicated agent, like Michael, will know what is best for your situation even though you may not realize at the time.
