Michael is simply fabulous to work with. From the beginning he listened and provided resources to understand what we were looking for. As a result we easily found the neighborhood and home that was perfect for us. He made sure we saw enough properties but not too many. We chose to purchase new construction and had an issue with our builder that was unfortunately not resovable. Michael was able to quickly get us in contact with the builder of our second choice (the two properties were a very close choice wise) and we were under contract that night! We are moving from out of state and Michael made the close process smooth, even covering our walkthrough with us on video, reducing the stress and eliminating the need for an additional trip to Las Vegas. I have used Michael as my real estate agent for 3 separate real estate transactions. He helped me with a SFR purchase in Henderson in 2016 and once again for a condo purchase in 2017. Each of the purchases were fairly seamless and streamlined. Most recently, Michael worked with me to sell a SFR in Las Vegas. We were in contract to sell to an FHA buyer and I was concerned about the rehab costs I would have to bear. After the contingencies listed on the FHA appraisal, I even considered cancelling my contract and selling to a cash buyer. Michael convinced me to stick with this buyer and I am glad he did!! Because of his advice, I netted $50,000 more with my buyer than I would have otherwise. Any agent can show or list houses on MLS but a truly dedicated agent, like Michael, will know what is best for your situation even though you may not realize at the time. If I buy or sell again in the Las Vegas area, I will use Michael again without question.

I could not be more pleased with my realtor, Michael Goff! Michael was introduced to me over 3 years ago. But, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had put buying a home on the back burner. I told Michael that I would him when I needed his assistance. (In others… I’ll call you-DO NOT CALL ME!) I soon discovered that Michael was not only a realtor looking for his nest sale… he was my friend! He sent me notes to just let me know that he was thinking of me and hoped things were going well.
