Mike had my house under contract 2 months before our planned time to list it. Not only that, he negotiated the contract to be far more beneficial to my family than I could have hoped for (not just monetarily), then went out of his way to assist me in finding a realtor in my new location. Because of him, the selling and moving process has been far less intrusive on my family than it should have been--it's been almost easy! He doesn't get paid enough for the fantastic work he does.
