Having Mike as our realator was the best decision we could have made. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the process he was also always on top of responding to questions we had in a timely manner. It was a bit daunting since we had not bought or sold a home in many years. I always felt like we were in great hands and that he was looking out for us, which cut down on the amount of stress experienced. Honestly we had very little stress during the entire experience which left a lot of room for excitment of our new endevour! He also went above and beyond by helping us with a few minor home projects that the inspector asked be fixed. We didnt ask for his help he just offered and one day showed up to complete a project with my husband and it was nearly 100 degrees outside. I have never heard of a realator doing this! Mike provided answers to all our questions in a timely and professional manner for the purchase of our first home. Because we were returning from Europe to states Mike even made custom videos of the homes we were interested in seeing and even was willing to meet with members of our family that could see the houses on our behalf. In 2013 my wife & I decided try to find a home in the Black Hills and a friend highly recommended Mike. He worked tirelessly with us while we negotiated a reasonable price with a unreasonable owner. After several months we finally had our hideaway in the National Forrest. In 2017, due to failing health of a parent, we were forced to sell the dream home Mike had found for us.
