We were first time home buyers buying our house sight unseen. Mike was so helpful and explained the entire home buying process to us from start to finish. He helped find us homes meeting our criteria in our price range and made walk through videos for any homes we wanted within a day or two. During the walk through videos he would show us not only the positive attributes of each home but also any negative attributes. If I had any questions or concerns Mike was always quick to respond and overall made the whole home buying experience extremely easy and stress free for us.
Mike and his team made purchasing our home extremely rewarding an smooth! There are a few things that set mike apart from other realtors. His knowledge of home construction is an awesome tool. He can tell you the differences in construction materials and different things to look for in how certain parts of the home were built. He also has an endless list of contacts in the Community to reach out and get expert opinions as well. Another thing that sets mike apart is his team behind the scenes. There was never a time we couldn't get an answer immediately or a response. While trying to set up utilities the gas company requested a copy of our closing documents. My wife did not have them with her. Mikes office sent them over within seconds of sending a text requesting them! Another thing that was very helpful was when we were living in another city and we couldn't be in the area to look at a home when a new listing would pop up that we wanted to see, Mike would send us a detailed video walk through tour that made us feel like we where there within 24 hours of requesting a showing! Would definitely recommend mike and his team for all of your real estate needs!
Life has thrown a lot at us lately. This is the third house that we have sold/purchased through Mike. He has been our buyers agent and also listed our home. Every time as things come up a simple text and its taken care of. All three transactions have been seamless and he has sold our two homes in less than 24 hrs each time! Mike Frybarger was great to work with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful but he really went the extra mile for us. We had to visit from out of town and he spent his entire weekend driving us around town looking for the perfect house. He was able to both point out red flags that would bite us later as well as draw our attention to perks. If we had a question he usually had the answer and if he didn't he knew the person who would and got back to us immediately.
