Mike is probably the most knowledgeable realtor I've ever worked with. I met him as the sellers agent for my current home. He helped me navigate the process of purchasing my new home and selling my old home seemlessly. I don't think anyone could have done it better. My experience with Mike has come full circle. I’ve worked with Mike in a professional capacity for 13+ years. He was my agent when I bought my house 11 years ago and knew he had to be the one to help me with selling that same house. Mike was there every step of the way in the process of selling my house and coordinating with my agent in NE when there were delays on my buyers end. My sale was the 3rd transaction in a chain effect, and he went the extra mile to ensure all pieces fell into place so I could sell and buy. He and his team also utilize technology to its fullest which made showings easy to schedule and manage along with everything else. I would recommend Mike to anyone that was looking at buying or selling.

Mike was very thorough when checking any houses we were interested in and very honest with his opinion of the houses. (We purchased remotely). His experience made the process much less stressful than we had assumed it would be.

Mike was the selling agent on my purchase in 2018 and again in 2025. Both times was not afraid to get his hands dirty or find a person to fix issues from plumbing to roofing to drywall to make the sale right. When my wife and I decided, we were going to sell our home we approached Michael (Mike) and asked if he would look at our home and give us his professional opinion on things we could do that may help us when we sell our home. He came over and gave us five things he recommended doing before listing our home to increase our home’s appeal to potential buyers. We also didn’t want to list our home right away and asked him what time of the year he would recommend listing our home. We followed all of Mike's advice and listed our home on a Friday afternoon with the plan for an open house that Sunday. Within just hours of listing our home with Mike we had multiple showings and multiple offers. After sleeping on the offers that night we accepted one of the offers, we went under contract less than 24 hours after listing our home, we cancelled the rest of the showings scheduled and the open house. Every aspect of the selling process was a breeze which my wife and I both strongly attribute to following Mike's advice throughout the entire home selling process. I have already recommended Mike to others thinking of listing their home and cannot thank Mike and his team enough. You all are absolutely awesome!!!

Mike did an great job assisting us with our new home build and purchase. He & his team did an amazing job on the sale of our prior firm. Mike specifically was very respinsive to all of our questions, concerns & issues. His entire marketing team was very professional with handling the sale listing, advertising and photos. We could not have asked for a more knowledable organized team.

Mike and his agency exceeded our expectations when purchasing our new home and selling our old one. When we first met Mike at an open house he listened to what we were looking for and showed us several homes which were a good match. Although we didn't purchase anything at that time we liked how well he listened. Several years later we were still looking for the perfect home and ran into Mike again while looking at an empty lot he had for sale. Although we weren't interested in purchasing the lot Mike again impressed us with his straight talk and concern for what we wanted. Over time we found several homes which we thought would work, signed with Mike as our agent, and got our offers accepted. For one reason or other we found that these homes were not going to work out for us and Mike went to bat to help us cancel the offers. This is when we found out what a good realtor is worth. Mike never pressured us to finalize the deals even though he would be losing a sale. Instead he went to bat for us and helped us get out of the deals with minimal financial loss. We eventually found the house we had been looking for and Mike expertly helped us negotiate a great price. In addition, he also sold our old home at a price which was far more than we expected. I highly recommend Mike. If you are looking for a realtor who will give you straight advice and take a personal interest in getting you into a home which you will enjoy then he is the man.
