Mike was very thorough when checking any houses we were interested in and very honest with his opinion of the houses. (We purchased remotely). His experience made the process much less stressful than we had assumed it would be.
Mike was the selling agent on my purchase in 2018 and again in 2025. Both times was not afraid to get his hands dirty or find a person to fix issues from plumbing to roofing to drywall to make the sale right. He assisted with creative financing options to make a sale that would not have happened with conventional methods. He responded to texts even on vacation.

When my wife and I decided, we were going to sell our home we approached Michael (Mike) and asked if he would look at our home and give us his professional opinion on things we could do that may help us when we sell our home. He came over and gave us five things he recommended doing before listing our home to increase our home’s appeal to potential buyers. We also didn’t want to list our home right away and asked him what time of the year he would recommend listing our home. We followed all of Mike's advice and listed our home on a Friday afternoon with the plan for an open house that Sunday. Within just hours of listing our home with Mike we had multiple showings and multiple offers. After sleeping on the offers that night we accepted one of the offers, we went under contract less than 24 hours after listing our home, we cancelled the rest of the showings scheduled and the open house. Every aspect of the selling process was a breeze which my wife and I both strongly attribute to following Mike's advice throughout the entire home selling process. Mike and his agency exceeded our expectations when purchasing our new home and selling our old one. When we first met Mike at an open house he listened to what we were looking for and showed us several homes which were a good match. Although we didn't purchase anything at that time we liked how well he listened. Several years later we were still looking for the perfect home and ran into Mike again while looking at an empty lot he had for sale. Although we weren't interested in purchasing the lot Mike again impressed us with his straight talk and concern for what we wanted. Over time we found several homes which we thought would work, signed with Mike as our agent, and got our offers accepted. For one reason or other we found that these homes were not going to work out for us and Mike went to bat to help us cancel the offers. This is when we found out what a good realtor is worth. Mike never pressured us to finalize the deals even though he would be losing a sale. Instead he went to bat for us and helped us get out of the deals with minimal financial loss. We eventually found the house we had been looking for and Mike expertly helped us negotiate a great price. In addition, he also sold our old home at a price which was far more than we expected. I highly recommend Mike. If you are looking for a realtor who will give you straight advice and take a personal interest in getting you into a home which you will enjoy then he is the man.
Mike was great to work with from start to finish. My favorite part about working with him was how honest he was about everything. If you’re moving from out of state and don’t know the neighborhoods too well, he’ll tell you if he’d help his grandma buy the house you might be interested in.Mike was able to negotiate an amazing deal for our home and always had more idea to sweeten the deal if needed. He’ has a lot of knowledge of how homes are built and was pretty accurate in his rough estimates on repairs or additions. We look forward to using his skills again in the future.
