Mike found us the perfect house in a great neighborhood. He mostly dealt with my wife because I was out of state. He treated her with respect and made sure he found us a home in a safe nice neighborhood. He kept us up to date on even the smallest details during the purchase of our home. Even after we closed he has made himself available to us whenever we need him and even found us good contractors to do some work finishing part of the basement. If we ever purchase another home in the black hills we will definatly use mike again.

Having Mike as our realator was the best decision we could have made. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the process he was also always on top of responding to questions we had in a timely manner. In 2013 my wife & I decided try to find a home in the Black Hills and a friend highly recommended Mike. He worked tirelessly with us while we negotiated a reasonable price with a unreasonable owner. After several months we finally had our hideaway in the National Forrest. In 2017, due to failing health of a parent, we were forced to sell the dream home Mike had found for us.
