We used Mike for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. First, Mike is very much a family man with a family business. His wife is also a realtor (runs the real estate blog Loco Musings) and together they are a power couple when it comes to local knowledge and making a sale! Our experience with him was fantastic...I had no clue that selling and buying a home in a competitive market could be stress free! When we first met with him, he laid out a plan to sell our existing home and find a new one. This included spot-on advice on how to stage our house. Meanwhile, he worked tirelessly behind the scenes. This included, holding an open house and touring homes on our behalf while we were out of town. I can't say enough about his work ethic! As a result, we got far more for our existing home (above asking price) than we thought possible. That and he found us the perfect new home (and paid less than list for it)! He also made recommendations for move timing, and movers that made the overall experience seamless. My wife and I often talk about how (unexpectedly) easy the whole process was with Mike and how we would definitely use him again.

Among all other agents that called us, God directed us to Michael. In fact Michael did not even know or called us. His add just pop on our screen iPod and decided right away to call him. Right away he met with us and rest is history. He was able to sell our house and buy this Condo in a very timely manner. With his skills, patience with us, and respectfulness everything went easy and smoothly for us.
