We first met Mike after taking our house off the market after having it listed for over three months. He had been out walking his dogs with his wife and came to our door and introduced himself. He kept it brief, left us his business card, and went on his way. Mike really left an impression with us by taking the initiative to introduce himself in person, rather than send us a letter like the dozens of other realtors that wanted our business. When we decided to sell our house again almost two years later, it was a no-brainer. We kept that business card and called him to set up a meeting. During our first meeting, Mike displayed to us that he was more concerned about making sure we were doing what was right for us than making a profit. He made sure that we truly wanted to sell our home. Mike took a close look at our house and gave us recommendations and a list of recourses to use in order to stage our home. When it came to pricing, he knew just what to list it for and in the end we had an offer after only three days for six thousand dollars above asking price. Mike also helped us find our new home. He was very patient with us and worked around our busy schedules, both during the selling and buying processes. We have two small children, and Mike helped us keep them occupied if need be during every phase of the process. As a young family, that meant a lot to us. Mike is somebody who makes you feel like you've known him for years and is someone who we've formed a relationship with and keep in touch with now on a more personal basis.
