Two years ago Mike found the house of our dreams! Mike sat with my husband and I and went over our wish list, he immediately set out to make our dream become a reality. He was in contact with us constantly, answered all our questions every step of the way. What amazed me most of all, we went to look at a house, I really liked it, Mike said let’s step back a minute “I do not think this is the house for you”. Looking back now he was so right. So when it came time to sell my moms house I knew he was my go to guy. I called him on a Thursday morning told him sell the house, I told him I was too busy to be involved I was leaving it in his hands. I didn’t want to know about open houses, negotiations or anything else. The same day he went took pictures the house was live on the market 4:00pm that day. To my surprise the very next day he contacted me WE have a buyer $75k over asking. Mike handled everything, right down to getting fire extinguishers in the house. The smoothest transaction ever! After viewing other homes and meeting with other realtors, I felt like it was going to be a long journey on my way to home ownership from what I was experiencing. It was clear I was going to need some help and Mike was the right guy for the job. He is far from pushy, very patient and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He has a referral for anything and everything you'd need to complete the process as well as tons of connections to get the job done.
