This is our fourth real estate transaction with Mike Butterworth, and once again he delivered as promised. He has always worked hard for our financial benefit, and this time negotiated a price much better than we had anticipated going into the process. I have always been favorably impressed with the way he communicates with his clients and is virtually always instantly responsive to our questions and comments. He is a true professional, and I cannot imagine going through a real estate deal with anyone else.

Mike has been great to work with. He’s extremely communicative and easy to reach, all the way through move-in day. In the house-hunting process, Mike was always available to view properties on short notice.
