This is the second time that we have Mike as our realtor assisting us on a rental property. Mike is a knowledgeable and thorough individual. He helped us every step of the way from our initial call to him asking for help right through the signing of the lease. He stayed in constant communication with us and made sure that the other party was doing their due diligence in order to make this a speedy and fair transaction. Mike was everything I could have asked for in a real estate agent.
