She was extremely thorough, diligent on getting the answers, follow-through and I was amazed quite honestly at her eye when looking at a property. She could tell if the foundation may have structural issues, mold, etc. I honestly would not have seen a 1/4 of what she saw. She has an eye for the details. Once the deal was closed, it didn't end there. She sent reminders for everything, including when to change the furnace filter! She goes above and beyond.
