Melody was extremely responsive and made herself available at any and all times I requested an additional showing, had questions or simply wanted more information. She also provided me with contact options to help plan my move and some minor repairs. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Melody!
Melody was great and helpful when we found our new home. When we listed our home in Medina, she was ready to sell. We knew an old house would take time to sell and we were in no hurry to sell it nor do any work. The house was move in ready with some colors. She had suggested some basic aesthetics to make it more appealing and was quick to wanting to drop the price because it didn't sell in a week. In the end, we found the right buyers and I couldn't be more happy for them. There was miscommunication in the end and we felt that we were forced to sign earlier than planned. Overall, I think she had our best interest in mind in the beginning and in the end, we felt rushed out and my voice was not heard. I wish her the best with her future clients.
I am exceptionally thankful for the hard work Melody did to bring this purchase together quickly for me. It was an extremely difficult time and she not only accommodated my schedule to show me several places (and made multiple visits with me to the property I purchased), she also took point and coordinated all parties (HOA, title, seller, seller's agent, etc). She subsequently negotiated a substantial discount off asking and enabled me to close early. She knows the market, takes charge of the disparate parties involved, and has the soft skills to make a buyer feel prioritized- I felt like I was her only client, even though I certainly was not. If I (or family/friends) need a realtor in the future, it's not even a question. I do not typically leave reviews, but I really need to express how professional and capable Melody was throughout the process.

Melody has been awesome to work with! She helped our family purchase a new home. She was very responsive and super flexible. The sale of my house was something I had never done before. After my husband's passing I decided to sale the house immediately, however, it took me four years to do so simply because I had never sold a house before and simply did not know how or where to start. After speaking without friends Melody Caraballo's was referred to me. After meeting with her I was impressed by her information and how comfortable i was with her information. I hired her without hesitations and she took me by the hand, step by step until the job was completed within close to just two months. After all the process of selling the house was completed... it was sold within two days after it was posted on the market. Needless to say, I was elated. All closing was completed by the closing date and payment was done with in the following week. the house went up for sale on a Friday and the house was sold that Sunday! Needless to say I was elated!
