The sale of my house was something I had never done before. After my husband's passing I decided to sale the house immediately, however, it took me four years to do so simply because I had never sold a house before and simply did not know how or where to start. From the get go she was quick to respond, and offered step by step simple instruction for the entire process of searching and purchasing a home. She was always patient, kind, and understanding - even with me being super meticulous with needing to comprehend the entire process as a first time home buyer. Her expertise and insight of the structural components of houses was also spot on for many of the houses we toured; where she would point out dips in the foundation/ceilings, or items that clearly needed to be tuck pointed, etc. She was always willing to work with us and our schedules to tour as many houses as we could.
