She gave helpful info and suggestions as well as providing knowledge on topics I was unfamiliar with. She brought notable points of interest to my attention (like things that could be future money sinks) so that I was aware. She was also very friendly and personable. Since this was my first home buying experience, I did not know and lenders etc. Melody has great connections that will take care of you well, and are willing to educate you as you go through the process of buying your home. We started our long journey of house hunting by simply typing in "highest rated realtor in cleveland ohio", and ratemyagent did not disappoint. We were so lucky to have found Melody. From the get go she was quick to respond, and offered step by step simple instruction for the entire process of searching and purchasing a home. She was always patient, kind, and understanding - even with me being super meticulous with needing to comprehend the entire process as a first time home buyer. Her expertise and insight of the structural components of houses was also spot on for many of the houses we toured; where she would point out dips in the foundation/ceilings, or items that clearly needed to be tuck pointed, etc. She was always willing to work with us and our schedules to tour as many houses as we could. She gave us the resources/contacts we needed to succeed. We saw some crazy and funny things - great houses and smelly houses - and throughout this highly stressful process, we still had a wonderful time because of her. And when we finally did choose a house, she offered sagely and sound advice to help us secure the win. If I had to do this all again, I would choose Melody in a heartbeat.

Melody was amazing through the entire process of buying our first home. We had an extremely tight timeline of 6 weeks to find a house we loved and to get it closed and Melody worked late nights and weekends to get this done for us! She is extremely knowledgeable and goes that extra mile to make sure youre taken care of, and is honest about the houses that she shows you! Melody is awesome and I thank God that I found her when I did. Before meeting her, I'd spent the the entire winter and nearly all Spring house hunting all over town with 3 other realtors with zero success. I contacted Melody on a Friday, told her what I wanted and Melody found me the house that I always wanted on her very 1st attempt that same Friday! Melody helped me close a deal on my house in less than 48 hours. I Love her! If I could give her 10 stars, I would ! She was very knowledgeable about both of the properties that she showed me. Melody was so knowledgeable about the entire process of buying a house! We were on a super tight time crunch so, within a few days of telling her our situation, she spent her whole Saturday showing us 6 houses. She then worked late into Saturday night to put together our offer letter and had the seller accepting our offer by the next morning! Melody was great to work with! She was so good at communicating and responding to our interest in viewing houses. She would make it work asap, which was almost always same day.
