We started our long journey of house hunting by simply typing in "highest rated realtor in cleveland ohio", and ratemyagent did not disappoint. We were so lucky to have found Melody. From the get go she was quick to respond, and offered step by step simple instruction for the entire process of searching and purchasing a home. She was always patient, kind, and understanding - even with me being super meticulous with needing to comprehend the entire process as a first time home buyer. Her expertise and insight of the structural components of houses was also spot on for many of the houses we toured; where she would point out dips in the foundation/ceilings, or items that clearly needed to be tuck pointed, etc. She was always willing to work with us and our schedules to tour as many houses as we could. She gave us the resources/contacts we needed to succeed. We saw some crazy and funny things - great houses and smelly houses - and throughout this highly stressful process, we still had a wonderful time because of her. And when we finally did choose a house, she offered sagely and sound advice to help us secure the win. If I had to do this all again, I would choose Melody in a heartbeat.
