We feel so lucky that we got to work with Melody. She really made our house buying process so easy! We were out-of-state buyers and just had a weekend to look at houses while visiting Cleveland. Our realtor had a family emergency and Melody was able to show us many houses across the city with very short notice. We were looking for an older home with original features and Melody attuned quickly to our tastes and wants. She helped us understand the Ohio contract process and also what types of issues are common with older homes in the area. We appreciated how methodical she was in looking through each house and pointing out potential issues. And, she really helped us get a feel for Cleveland city life and different neighborhoods. With Melody’s help we were able to get a very dreamy house under contract after our weekend of looking. Throughout the contract process she kept in touch, sending us updates, helpful checklists, and meeting with inspectors and other contractors on our behalf. We really couldn’t have done this without her! And to buy a house after looking for just a couple of days and then closing from across the country has the potential to be very stressful. Because of Melody we didn’t have to worry about anything and could just focus on our excitement about a dream fulfilled. Melody is knowledgeable, professional, easy-going, a great communicator, and an excellent human to have on your team. Highly recommended!

Melody was INCREDIBLE! My boyfriend and I were looking at houses for about 3-4 months. We had so many up and down offers, but Melody never stopped pushing to find us the perfect first home! She was patient, kind, and so supportive! She takes her job very seriously but also loves to have a good time while doing it.
