Melissa knows this market very well. She asked what meant most to us in the process, we were slow buyers lol. She suggested a few neighborhoods in the Parrish area she thought would be good fits and accommodate our German Shepherd , if she’s not welcome we weren’t interested, that was important. We found a very good fit for our family with the space we really fell for, Melissa hit it spot on. The bank process started and we were off to the races.
