At our first meeting Melissa was able to answer all of my questions (and I had many) about what was happening in the market, explained what were the documents I would be signing, what information I would need to provide, when I should list, what price point might be most advantageous etc., etc. She consistently communicated with me about time frames in which I had to response to inquiries and most importantly for me, helped me navigate all the electronic documents requiring my signature. I have minimal computer skills and Melissa "showed up" each time I got anxious about docu-signing. She was with me from the very beginning through to the end, sitting beside me at the closing table. I would highly recommend her. She is genuine, honest and the best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with (and I have bought and sold two previous homes).

From the first moment I met Melissa I knew she was going to be a great agent. She was very personable right off the bat. I had not looked for a new home in twenty six years so I was a bit nervous going in. Our list consisted of 9 propertys to look at being we were in town for a short period of time. We started off ok and Melissa had us write down on the property listing pros and cons and to rate them as well. Needless to say it helped a great deal. We had a lot of questions being we were moving from Connecticut to South Carolina and it entailed all sort of things such as water company , electric company, internet access etc... we didn't really know anything. Every question we asked her she was able to answer. She would bring us into the property and let us look around by ourselves (don't like being followed around) As we were half way through our list we visited a townhouse and knew that was it. We put an offer in and they countered a bit but the seller was motiviated to move we accepted and that was it. From that moment on Melissa took the reins and walked us through all the paperwork that comes with a home purchase including the attoney. We needed to go back up to Connecticut so everything was done electronically. There was not one hiccups in the whole transaction. When all was said an done we were very pleased with Melissa and felt like we were dealing with a good friend. She made us feel extremely comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone I even have friends moving down in the next year or so and I have recommended her for when they are ready to make the move...Amazing Real Estate Agent!!!
