I have dealt Melissa twice, once to buy a home, second to sell the same home. Her professionalism and results impressed me that I contracted her to sell my home. Cogent and succinct with updates and advice. Knows quality people in the industry if you need something fixed or the property need sprucing-up. The HVAC guy she sent me fixed my heater when two other companies could not figure how to fix it. The painter she sent had a great team. They came and painted almost 2,000 sq ft house in one day!
