From our initial home viewing we really liked Marsha's personality but also her experience level. It was clear she had a vast network and a regional reputation which gave us peace of mind, so we went with her. And we were very pleased we did. She was very accessible and understanding of us being first-time home buyers in an extremely challenging market. Over time she learned what was our must-haves as well as compromise points which made the home viewings much more catered to us, and more efficient overall. At other times she was a voice of reason or a seasoned veteran that could at least steer us towards optimal choices or away from making costly decisions, which we noticed. At other times, she would give us space to research and strategize. A couple moments in the process, she advocated for us in ways that ended us saving lots of money. For instance, she directly dealt with the seller because they didn't have an attorney. We were also in a multiple bid situation which we were able to navigate. Approaching closing, we had to go back and forth with an unreasonable seller, but were still able to get some concessions and fixes. And in the end we got the house that checked off a majority of the boxes, as well is in a growth potential area that allows us to feel like we made the right decisions all around.

Even with the unique complications with my house and the situation in general, she always came up with various options and solutions to meet our needs, and went above and beyond to sell the house. She negotiated for us to make sure we got the best offers and commissions available, and her extensive knowledge of the area in general made us feel comfortable knowing we had her on our side. We purchased two homes with Jasmine. Our first home in 2014 and second home 6 years later in 2020 during a pandemic. Jasmine was extremely patient with us, especially first go around being first time homebuyers. She took her time explaining everything to us, step by step, helped us secure a mortgage loan, and lawyer. While in mist of the pandemic, she safely helped us find a home and fought hard to make sure all our needs were met. When mask and gloves were scarce, lol, she made sure she had some for us at every showing. Buying the 2nd time around was extremely discouraging as we kept getting outbid and people were pulling their homes off the market while our house was in the process of being closed. Our house was actually closed and sold before we were able to buy our new home but Jasmine was able to negotiate us remaining there until we got our new house. I appreciate all her attentiveness during the very stressful process and would absolutely buy a home with her again.
