I have dealt Melissa twice, once to buy a home, second to sell the same home. Her professionalism and results impressed me that I contracted her to sell my home. Cogent and succinct with updates and advice. Knows quality people in the industry if you need something fixed or the property need sprucing-up. The HVAC guy she sent me fixed my heater when two other companies could not figure how to fix it. The painter she sent had a great team. They came and painted almost 2,000 sq ft house in one day! Melissa is the choice if you want someone that knows what they are doing and has excellent contacts.
