For many first-time homebuyers, the process can be overwhelming and scary, but Rashad walked me through every step. He educated me, supported me, advocated for me, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was completed accurately and in a timely manner. What stood out most was that he genuinely worked for me. He never stopped until the process was complete, and I always felt that I had someone in my corner. Selling a house is quite the experience. Having Rashad there to guide and reassure me made this process smooth. Rashad is phenomenal; he knows his craft; he was my realtor when I purchased my first home; I had no doubts about his ability to help me sell. Upon arrival to see my home he told me how to stage my house and suggested minimal fixtures to get me the asking price. Rashad was available to answer all my questions via phone and email.
