From the beginning Melissa was fantastic; she instantly responded at any time of the day and really listened to my wants and needs. I was an out of state buyer so she would set up viewings as soon as I sent her a listing I was interested in and she would video/FaceTime the walk through with me. I flew down for one day to do in person walk throughs of my favorite houses and she even picked up/dropped us off at the airport 45 min away! She kept me informed of every step of the buying process and dealt with any and all problems we ran in to. She has a knack for keeping you informed but keeping all the stress off of you. She drove me to my closing and waited for all the paperwork to go through and then took me back to our new house to congratulate our family on the purchase. Even after the closing I have relied on her for recommendations for schools, painters, and restaurant recommendations. She made me feel like I was her only client the entire process and now I’m lucky enough to call her a friend as well…and she’s hysterical so she’ll keep you rolling with laughter the entire time.

Melissa listened and truly figured out what was most important to me and to my wife. Then she just made everything happen for us, magically. She made us feel like we were her only clients and helped us with every facet of our move from Wisconsin. Melissa is simply amazing!
