Melissa is definitely an agent in a class all on its own. We had a very difficult situation as my mother has dementia and didn't really want to leave her home in Poway CA. However with her failing health and living almost 11 hours away just made things difficult in caring for her. Today, I closed escrow on the sale of my house! Exactly 4 years ago I was given Melissa Huks name as a buyers agent. Not only did she help me get a great deal when buying this home she became a good friend and outstanding designer.
