I'm so glad that I was referred to Melissa and grateful for all that she did to get the home sold quickly and at the top of our price range! This was a challenging situation: the home was in a trust created by now-deceased parents and my co-trustee and live in separate states outside of California. Melissa handled this difficult situation with care and grace. Thanks to her, we started the updating process in February, listed the house in March, and closed in April. She suggested the updates that were the best investment to add value to the home, managed the workers, and spent her own time shopping for the items (such as plants, light fixtures, carpet, etc.) that we needed to make the house shine.
