My wife and I had the pleasure to meet and interview Melissa Huk along with a couple other locally agents in my neighborhood. My wife and I decided right away after meeting with Melissa to hire her to sell our home a task I assure you wasn’t easy for us. My wife and I built this home and pick out all it’s features. Totally professional, excellent communicator

Melissa did a wonderful job selling my house. She brought in people to help get it ready to sell. I did not have to go and find anyone. If I had a question she found the answer, if there was a problem she solved it. She was there when I needed help. The sale was easy and the mortgage company did a wonderful job too.

I have known Melissa Huk and her late husband Geoffrey Huk as he use to work for me in the Navy. After they transfer out of my unit I lost touch with. 18 years later my wife and I were at a community fair and across from us was a young lady with a real estate sign that read as sold by Melissa Huk. I waited a minute and then walked over to ask if she was related to Geoffrey Huk and she said yes she was and we reunited. I got her number because my wife was retired and I was in the process of retiring and wanted Melissa Huk to sell my home. Little did I know her husband worked in the same company on the other end of the building as I did and lived in Poway 2 miles from Our home. If you want someone who is going to put your needs first then she is your realtor. If you want someone who you can contact 24/7 without ever feeling like you are a bother; she is your realtor. If you want someone who goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy she is your realtor. To top it off she not only put us in escrow in less than 72 hours she got us way over what we wanted and asked for. She really is an amazing realtor who puts the needs of her clients as #1. Google verified review First I'll start off this review with "Phenomenal" I wished I had time to write a novel for all that Melissa did for us. My wife and I made a split decision to sell our home while the market was still hot. My wife had a good friend that was a broker in another state mind you and had expressed an interest in selling our house but, before we could say another word my wife's friend said " I have the perfect realtor there in San Diego for you" someone she had refereed clients to in the past⁰. That's how we found Melissa. We scheduled a day to have Melissa out to look at our home and make any suggestions on what's needed to move forward with selling. Within 3 hrs of leaving our house Melissa had emailed a spreadsheet which outlined details of the work she recommended. We hired Melissa she started the project on a Tuesday, she was done on Thursday. Within 48 hrs of being active we had 16 offers, went to escrow that Monday and closed in 21 days for $63k over list price. Melissa was firece at negotiating, yet never compromised our equity. We are without a doubt very grateful to Melissa for what she did for us. Melissa was great to work with. I found her on Yelp. I was looking for a skilled agent with military experience and working with absentee owner. I had been renting out my home for 2 years before deciding to place it on the market. Needless to say that was a nightmare for us because the tenants used COVID to keep people out. They gained two additional months and then finally moved out. Since I’m in the Bay Area I was unable to do things to prepare my home for sale.
