I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa! I knew what I wanted, what I did not want, and then of course had to compromise on the two - and Melissa made that transition seamless. She was not only extremely patient with me during this process (I am of the stubborn variety), she found me a great home. She always responds (any time of day), will drop what she is doing to help and never makes you feel you are anything less than the most important thing on her plate.
