With me being computer challenged AND living in Colorado at the time of deciding to sell. Melissa held my hand and walked me through all the details of the documents via phone. She went to my house since I couldn’t and helped do some more cleaning, got rid of odds and ends that were left behind and just about had her husband do some yard work to make it presentable to new owners. I bought this property for a nonprofit I run that helps people get clean and sober. The idea was to create a home for like minded people to live after treatment. Melissa was so amazing immediately excited and ready to jump in. Her communication is so great, I never felt like I was bothering her no matter what time I texted her and she was always so quick and ready to get back to me. She always made me feel like a priority. Each time I felt bad for looking at so many houses or for changing my mind, she helped reassure me that she truly just wanted to make sure we found the perfect house (not in a she has to say that way but a genuine way!) She helped me with every detail and bit of confusion I had from beginning to past the end! She certainly isn’t the only realtor I know but she is the only one I would recommend, everyone needs a Melissa!
