We genuinely could not have asked for a better realtor. From the beginning of our home search through closing, she was absolutely incredible to work with. We were making a major move from California to North Carolina, which added a lot of moving pieces and uncertainty to the process, and she made everything significantly easier for us. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening and what our options were. When it came time to negotiate, she did an outstanding job representing us and making sure our interests were protected. She helped us work through the inspection findings, negotiate additional seller concessions, coordinate repairs before closing, and keep everything moving toward the finish line. What stood out most was that we never felt like we were simply another transaction. She genuinely cared about getting us into the right house and making sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. Even while we were across the country, we always felt like we had someone local who was looking out for us. We ended up with a home that we absolutely love, and she was a huge part of making that happen. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home in the area. We actually met Melina Bienlien a yr. Before when we were just talking about the possibility of moving ..she spent the whole day with us to show us around …knowing we were not even close to making that big decision!!!
