Melina has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the viewing days she arranged all ran smoothly. She is very knowledgable about the area and purchasing properties! Being from the UK we relied heavily on Melina and her knowledge and skills. She had worked our family out after just 1 visit from the uk and knew exactly what was Important to each of the 5 of us. Melina was always available for us to ask questions and would go above a beyond for us!!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We genuinely could not have asked for a better realtor. From the beginning of our home search through closing, she was absolutely incredible to work with. We were making a major move from California to North Carolina, which added a lot of moving pieces and uncertainty to the process, and she made everything significantly easier for us. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening and what our options were. When it came time to negotiate, she did an outstanding job representing us and making sure our interests were protected. She helped us work through the inspection findings, negotiate additional seller concessions, coordinate repairs before closing, and keep everything moving toward the finish line. What stood out most was that we never felt like we were simply another transaction. She genuinely cared about getting us into the right house and making sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. Even while we were across the country, we always felt like we had someone local who was looking out for us. We ended up with a home that we absolutely love, and she was a huge part of making that happen. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home in the area. If we ever need a realtor again, she will absolutely be our first call.

Melina Bienlien was an absolute professional. She explained what to expect throughout the process vividly and continuously helped us get answers to our questions and understand the implications of the answers. She was a proactive and responsive communicator. She shared helpful insights and strategies that allowed us to negotiate in our best interest. She made purchasing our first home a fantastic and smooth experience. We highly recommend Melina to other homebuyers in the Charlotte and Matthews area.

We actually met Melina Bienlien a yr. Before when we were just talking about the possibility of moving ..she spent the whole day with us to show us around …knowing we were not even close to making that big decision!!! She made such an impression on us ( we felt like she was someone we had always known but had only met once ) then almost 1 yr. Later we remembered her & got InTouch again …Melina not only went out of her way the 1st. Time but the 2ed time as well!! Melina Bienlien went above and beyond helping us relocate from Illinois to North Carolina and purchase our forever home in The Falls at Newton. Since we were buying from out of state, COMMUNICATION and TRUST were extremely important to us, and Melina exceeded every expectation. We could not be in town for the Blue tape walk through ( which is so important ) & we put our trust in her to be our eyes , She helped us navigate the entire new construction process over several months & trust me I had a ton of questions !!!! lol I probably made her crazy ?!?!?!? Lol I personally had just gone threw several small heart attacks & then triple bypass Heart Surgery & my brain wasn’t functioning as normal… & I probably mentioned I wasn’t a Lawyer a few X’s at least … & that I needed her to be our advocate. Melina Bienlien Made us feel confident every step of the way. We highly recommend Melina to anyone moving to North Carolina or buying a new construction home. Thanks for everything & please feel free to stop by & check out what we’ve done Friends forever Brandy & Mike O

We recently moved from New Jersey to North Carolina and had the best experience working with Melina Bienlien. She helped us purchase our lakefront home in Troutman on Lake Norman and made the entire relocation process feel manageable from start to finish. Since we were out of state for much of the process, communication was huge for us, and Melina was always available and on top of every detail. Her knowledge of the Lake Norman area and guidance through inspections, negotiations, and closing made us feel confident every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Melina more to anyone relocating to the Troutman or Lake Norman area.

We cannot say enough good things about working with Melina Bienlien. Our home in Mooresville previously expired on the market with another agent, but Melina stepped in with a fresh strategy and got it under contract quickly. At the same time, she helped us navigate the purchase of our new construction home in Albemarle and coordinated both closings seamlessly. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process were incredible. We highly recommend Melina Bienlien for anyone buying or selling in the Lake Norman or Mooresville area.
