Melanie was absolutely amazing , so patient and attentive and most of all knowledgeable. I came into the process not knowing much and she explained everything with such ease that made this process easier for me. Truly thankful to have had her as my agent. And thanks to her I was able to get my first home !

Melanie guided us through the entire homebuying process; she was extremely helpful and responsive, and overall made us feel like she was there for us and wanted us to find a house we were happy with. We were actively looking for a home for about 2-3 months; during this period, Melanie often took the initiative to send us home suggestions and helped us better understand the local market and hone in on good options. She was extremely diligent and proactive, helping us with everything from crafting home bids, reaching out to potential lenders, and so on. Once we had a succesful offer, Melanie again guided us through the whole process, and even after closing, she has remained open to any of our questions and concerns as new homebuyers. She even gave us two very thoughtful (and personalized) gifts upon closing. Overall, we would enthusiastically recommend Melanie as a Real Estate agent.

Melanie was wonderful from the beginning to the end. We were connected with her through Zillow, as we scheduled a tour of a property on the app. She was never pushy or invasive of our family's process and time of touring the properties. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions. If she wasn't equipped with the answer, she found it in a timely manner. We toured A LOT of properties in a short period of time. We set out to look at the end of June/ start of July with the goal of being moved before school started back, mid August.After seeing many houses, we found one that we loved. She guided us through the quick close with ease and never missed a deadline. She was always available- always answering my calls and returning texts quickly. She was wonderful with our kids and they fell in love with her quickly. Our littlest calls her "Miss Mewawie." After moving in, I have reached out with property specific questions and she has gone above and beyond in helping where she could. We will indeed use Melanie for our next property purchase. Absolutely trust her with this process. We are so grateful to have found a realtor and friend in Melanie.

I've loved working with Melanie. She's incredibly knowledgeable and does an excellent job of trying to understand what you're looking for in a home to provide thoughtful listings. When we were viewing homes, I really appreciate how candid she was about concerns she had with a home. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me or push me on anything. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated her input. Throughout the process of going under contract and closing, she was extremely organized, responsive, and communicative. She's extremely professional but also very personable. I felt so well-supported throughout the entire process and would highly recommend her to anyone!
