Loba has a great market knowledge , it means that he has a time management skill, understanding of his customer willing, not only that he has the way of explaining to the customer before make their own decision and explaining the advantage and disadvantage of the home while we visiting in different area and location . After searching different location of the homes we have decided to buy our new home. He guide us how things are processed step by step on the side of buyer and seller and we were followed him because we have not a knowledge of how to buy a home. Loba has an excellent communication skill with his client. Communication with verbal, e=mail, phone and at his office to describe about the house was very well . We had information about Loba from his customers and we got a good feedback about him. The word professionalism explained him very well, has maintaining trust with customers, competence and consistency, listening to the client without interrupting , staining focused during discussion to the client, sending a well written e-mail. Generally he has a customer handling skill and knowledge.
